Sales Policy

All sales will be limited to the terms and conditions contained herein. An objection by Buyer to any of the terms contained herein shall be deemed to have been waived if we do not receive the objection in writing within 7 days of receipt of invoice or acknowledgement or before part of the merchandise or services is accepted by Buyer, whichever may occur first.

Return Policy

HelpyMyBooth must be notified of damaged orders or discrepancies within 7-days of order receipt. Returns must be made within 2-weeks of receiving authorization to return. All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization Number. Please call to receive this number and authorization. All returns will be inspected upon receipt and may be subject to a restocking fee. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

Custom products cannot be returned.

All custom orders and products including but not limited to custom banner sales (blank or printed) are final and cannot be returned. The installation of a banner is as important if not more important than the material and finishing style selected. Because we have no control over how the banner is used or installed we only offer the warranty offered by the material manufacturer. This is limited to the cost of the material. Be sure you always pre-test for graphics adhesion before using. The customer assumes responsibility in determining product suitability for its intended use.

Warranty Disclaimer

All products are designed to provide the user with a cost effective and durable product. If a product is found to be defective we will replace or refund it upon inspection of the product. Warranties do not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, HelpyMyBooth disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. HelpyMyBooth does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. All orders above $5,000.00 must be paid by cashier's check, money order or wire transfer (please contact the accounting department for ABA information).

HelpyMyBooth shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if HelpyMyBooth has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a HelpyMyBooth product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, HelpyMyBooth reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. HelpyMyBooth reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, HelpyMyBooth shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by HelpyMyBooth without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
